As you say he IS asleep, until we manage to wake him up, he is just wakeable at that point. If the art said it was time to visit him or similar it would be more accurate.

i don't know why the Lutari potions got expensive 
i bought an Island one for 450k a couple years ago
in my Opinion the Island and Pirate Lutari are the best looking ... esp the Pirate with its engraved tail :) 
in that case i suggest you cross-paint him :) that way you will gain an additional set of PB clothes :) 
for ex. first convert him to Island then use the FF to paint him Pirate , or vice versa ..
or Stealthy .. (that is an expensive color) 

Yeah. I have about 3.2 mill nps in my bank right now. Also thanks to the Altador Cup I was able to sell some items at around 1.2 million nps. I actually don't think Lutaris are weird, I read this circular in the Neopian Times that the reason why Lutaris are never found in the pound because they hate the idea of being abandoned by their owners. As they despise the pound, they simply run away when they are abandoned.
 
Yeah, I did try all of them except for neoquest and the art contest but I might reconsider and do it one day, hopefully. Also I did look in the trading post and I just make an offer. I hope he would accept my offer of 1.3 mill nps. 
 
 
Thank you very much! Also, I decided to create this content because I just had my first FFQ, thanks to the grey faerie, and I badly want to convert my vandagyre into a lutari then take him on the rainbow fountain.

I can't believe I've made it into 3rd place! Honestly, I didn't expect to win anything at all because compared to mine, other entries have much to offer! It's really crazy because my original entry was supposed to be just like @casperiscaptain  with my own "office story". But I decided to change it because of the altador cup event.

My heart really hurts for all those people who are being deported in the US because of their illegal status. I read stories of people who have lived their whole lives in the U.S., (30+ years)  have careers, and children but have been sent back to nothing. Some are teens/adults that were born in Mexico and came to America as babies and dont even speak Spanish, but are being sent to live in Mexico. 
I understand both sides of the story and I am non-partisan, but as a sociology major and someone with a desire to help adolescents live better lives it is painful to see all this happening.
Everyone in America got here because their ancestors came as immigrants. How can it be right to deny people from having better quality of life if they want to have it by coming to the land of opportunity!  I feel my heart and mind lie more with the ethics than the politics of it all. 
Has this scare tactic for beefing up boarder security gone too far? What is your take on the situation ??? Could it have been dealt with differently?
