Food club and fighting Jetsam Ace if you have premium have been the best ways to make money for me. Restocking is still the absolute best way to make NP but that’s super competitive for the good shops

Geez that’s terrible! The fact that you can get REs anytime should make tnt rethink about item stealing REs- what if you’re on your items page about to safely put away your items when you get it? They should at least not steal anything that goes above a certain rarity.

My ultimate dream pets are a lot of UCs that I doubt I’ll ever get, so those are more pipe dreams haha. When I was a kid one of my big dreamies was an alien aisha, and I made soooo many applications for them back in the day, so I think my inner 14 year old would be so happy to know I have one now

Yeah, if they wouldn’t let people make UCs I would have much rather them have had converted all the pets. Adding onto that thought, I wish krawks and draiks were still expensive. At least those are things you can actively get yourself, even if it does take a while to save up for them. UC trading relies on the whims of the PC lol

I’ve been picky about names for quite a while so I usually have names I like. I think the only time I had names that were really eesh were when I had UCs which are kinda infamous for having names like coolbabyneorocks617288238 and the like lol

A few things for sure lol

-The lack of good plots. I swear the last decent plot was the faeries‘ ruin, which was what, five years ago? I’d love another good plot like the ones from the golden age of Neopets. I think even another battledome centric plot like the obelisk would be good, at least that gives people incentive to train their pets.

-The quality of new colors is so hit and miss, I feel like not a lot of effort was gone into them at all, like the mutant wocky and vandagyre.

-That they got rid of key quest and habitarium and now ghoul catchers. If they get rid of food club too I’m never going to be able to make NP lol

-The conversion. I’ve never understood the thought process behind letting some pet/color combos remain uc if they were painted before the conversion. People in general love buying clothes and stuff for their pets, letting people have the option of creating new uc pets if they want wouldn’t have significantly lessened the amount of people who would spend money on nc, it would have made the whole black market uc ring nonexistent, and those hundreds and hundreds of players that left in droves because of the conversion probably would still be playing. Seems like a win win!

The random ones are the worst. At least with games and stamps and the like, you can keep trying to improve/continue to save np to hunt them down, but for random ones there’s nothing you can do but keep trying until you get it. I’ve been trying to get in particular the buried treasure, blue grundo, and especially snowager avatars for years with no luck yet

I always thought those were made up by really little kids. When I first started playing waaaay back as a 8/9 year old, I’m sure all of my pets were filled with numbers and underscores and misspellings, probably because there was a certain name or word I really wanted to name it but it was taken. However the REALLY horrendous ones like gibberish or all numbers is confusing for sure, I couldn’t say what’s going through people’s minds on those. 

The kadoatie trophy is definitely one of my favorites, it’s just so cute lol. But for a different one since it’s already been mentioned a couple times, I also really like Magax 2 and edna’s shadows game trophies (unfortunately I can’t find a decent picture of them)

I knocked a coconut down just after a couple days of coming back into neopets! The same thing happened with the symol avatar- I got it just a day after getting back into neopets after a hiatus. I wonder if it’ll work for the snowager and blue grundo avatars too lol  I don’t know how rare it is to make a coconut explode, but I do remember it happening to my friend years ago and her yelling about it because she was so mad it didn’t get knocked down instead so she could get the avatar haha 

There’s a ton of items on neopets so it was hard to choose just one, so I picked a handful of some of the prettier items in my opinion that’s on the site. I have a gallery for tea party-related items already, but making a color coded one for cute/pretty items is tempting...
