Congrats, Lilly... I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong in SMELT. I don't really understand the SMELT button. I'm super frustrated. Read through the guide a million times. And all I need is 15 points. Ugh.

I'm getting super frustrated with SMELT. I've never played it before, is there some sort of trick to this? It doesn't seem like all the pieces fit into it. I'm not trying to make it perfect, I'm going as fast as possible, and not really rotating my pieces, but this is driving me BONKERS! lol

Turmac Roll is on my daily routine, easy 3000 NP's a day for me, so just got it done earlier today :)

 

The factory took me longer. Looks like I had played it once before, my high score was 145 (LOL). ... maybe it was on one of the previous GMC's... anyways, once I figured it out, it was quite simple :)

Very happy with my achievement today... played Food Club for the first time EVER & won 260,000NP ...

 

I know I won't get lucky everyday with this, but definitely going to continue playing if I can get payouts like this. So happy! :)

Plushies mostly. I've been collecting them forever. It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes I'll go on a plushie shopping spree, because I get obsessed with it lol

 

Other than that, there are a few paintbrushes that I will probably be saving up for for forever lol: Baby, Plushie, Faerie, etc. Who knows if I'll ever get those, I hate spending my hard-earned NP's lol

I FINALLY finished the Altador plot today. I had a hard time trying to get the bandages to heal the petpet... took me over two years lol

Sorry.... I know this is an old topic, however, I can't get this constellation to work. I've tried connecting the stars all sorts of different ways and nothing is working.

 

Any other tips or suggestions or anything to help me would be very much appreciated!

EDIT: Nevermind, finished the plot..... finally!

Ohhhh, boy! I've got a few:

 

- Knowing I'll never be able to have all the avatars. For me, this is very very frustrating, so I just prefer not to go out of my way to even get them. If I happen to get one... yay! But, I will not go out of my way.

 

- Altador Cup - I can't get past the part where you have to keep refreshing to get the bandages from the gelatinous non-cube... I've been stuck here for years!! (so if anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it ;) )

EDIT: OMG, I literally just wrote this, and decided to try and get the bandages AGAIN... got it at :29 seconds. FINALLY!!!!! It's been forever!! .. hopefully I can heal this petpet now....

 

- Seeing people with accounts that are like 2 weeks old selling items that are worth a ton of NP... I will not buy from them.

 

- Hearing how a lot of people get great items from the dailies, and I only seem to get junk items :sad02:

 

- Not being able to win one darn game of Sakhmet Solitaire... not one!!

 

- I collect Plushies, and have a pretty good collection stored in my SDB right now. The prices of some of the plushies that I really want are very frustrating to me. Ridiculously ridiculous!

This is a fun topic!! I got introduced to Neopets from one of my high school friends, when I was 11 or 12, I think. She was over at my house, and we were on the computer when she asked if I had a Neopets account. Obviously, I had no idea what she was talking about, so she showed me around the site and everything and I immediately got hooked. I made an account right then, and my first pet I created was a Kougra, I thought they were so adorable. I kept losing my accounts for whatever reason, and I really miss them. I don't remember the names of them or anything or the pets I had :( ... Almost exactly 10 years ago, I created the account I have now. I've been very careful not to do anything that would result in freezing or getting hacked or something like that. My ultimate goal from the time I started playing neopets, was to get as many neopoints as possible. I miss the old neopets, it changed so much and just isn't the same. But, I can't stop myself from playing everyday :)

Gah!!!! So exciting!! :woot: The new Neopet is very cute. Just looks like an owl to me, and I love owls... I want one.

 

Getting my tonsils out on Monday, so hopefully I'll be concious enough to get online all week so I don't miss anything going on around Neopia!!

 

..... can't believe I've been playing Neopets for almost 15 years... crazy.

It's probably my browser. Unfortunately, I'm mostly on neopets when I'm at work (I feel like there's something else I should be doing.... hmmmmm :) lol) ... so I can't update the browser without asking someone :(. I'll have to try on my computer at home sometime soon, hopefully.

 

FYI, I defeated punchbag bob only using the Faerie abilities... you know how long that took?!?! lol

Thanks, Lamppost, I think that might be it. I don't get the speech bubbles from the opponents. I guess I won't be able to really use the battledome then? :(

Anyway, once you've got some weapons equipped, Depending on what kind they are, you SHOULD be able to click on the first empty box (with a faded sword in it) choose a weapon, and then do the same in the 2nd box that also has a faded sword icon in it. If you have/use any faerie abilities, the 3rd box with the faded cloud, the one closest to the center of the battle screen, they can be selected there. Then, obviously, you press Fight. Since the BD is still a little glitchy, at least the last time I battled. It may give an error message. If it does, just wait a few seconds. Both attacks (your's and your opponent's) SHOULD go through. And if it says you didn't win anything for the battle, be sure to check your inventory anyway, that message isn't always right. ;)

My boyfriend and I coordinated our costumes this year... He was Willy Wonka, and I was his Golden Ticket. I have already been to two Halloween parties lol.

I'm pretty positive my weapons are equipped, when I go to the battle screen before beginning the battle, it shows my weapons, and says that my Neopet is ready for battle. I'm confused lol ..

I hope that it is alright that I am posting in here, just need some general advice on the battledome...

 

Anyways, I have been trying to get into the battledome lately (ahemmmm, like yesterday :D). I've had some weapons on hand already, which I've equipped my pet with. They are: Leaf Shield, Water Muffin, Quill Sword, Scroll of Knowledge, Magical Healing Potion, Pike Pike, Scarab Ring & Snowglobe Staff.

 

My pets stats are:

Level: 37

HP: 16

ST: 44

DEF: 42

 

I haven't been training my pet at all, the only reason these stats are where they are at is from Coltzan's Shrine, and things like that. So, my first question is, I know my Hit Points are abysmal, how do I raise my HP?? I'm going to the training place on Krawk Island for now, until I get to Level 40 (obv)... Second, I just wanted to try battling once to see what it was like, and I wasn't able to use my weapons, can anyone tell me why I wasn't able to? Is it because my stats don't really match up with my weapons, or .....?

Sorry for your loss :( ... It has happened to me numerous times. Just a few weeks ago it happened to me, lost around 30k on an item. It's very upsetting, but at least you know you probably made another neopians day!! :)

I have one tattoo, that I got almost exactly a year ago. :) I got the symbol of The Deathly Hallows tattooed on my foot, in the form of an ankle bracelette (sp?) ...

 

I'm not the type of person to just go and get a tattoo for the heck of it. I waited until I was 25 to make the choice if that was the tattoo I wanted or not. Harry Potter has been a part of my life since the 1st book came out. So over half of my life, and I wanted this tattoo since the last book came out. May sound silly, I don't know, but Harry Potter has a very special place in my heart. These books have been there for me through some of the darkest parts of my life, when no one else was. That's why I decided on this tattoo. Plus, I'm still completely obsessed with these books. :)

 

That being said, I love tattoos. I really would like to get another one, but I can't figure out what else I would want to get right now. To each his/her own when it comes to tattoos. You can figure out when it comes to your own body if it's tacky or not. Some people may not agree with this, but I do think tattoo's should have some sort of meaning to you. I think it makes them special, and unique. Personal opinion :)

Has anyone actually won anything from Kiko Pop? Lol, I got an item the first time I played it. Since then, I haven't gotten anything.
