I don't like SS it's too slow. It's longer than YYB, yet less important so why play?

Seriously? Is there anyone who can be bothered to play this game at all? I can't even get myself to play it three times a day for the NP. It's just so slow and boring. :sad01_anim:

We are playing Altador tomorrow. Hopefully we can end their sweep streak.

If you go to the Neo[Removed] website and read carefully you will understand. BTW it is a site made for cheating. Neo[Removed] is so bad, that if you mention them in the Neopets boards your account will be frozen! If that isn't good enough to convince to you that Neo[Removed] is a bunch of cheaters, then you Sir/Ma'am are clearly blind. I'm not saying Tyrannia itself is a cheating team as a whole, but like Meridell last year they got involved (non-intentionally) with the smartest most annoying cheaters in the business. and still i will repeat, and rephrase, 'considering that KI is behind a team under help of Neo[Removed], to me it doesn't matter that i can't tell the score cuz we are behind the best.' Are you satisfied now?

But if [Removed] wouldnt have joined TY, TY wouldnt be ahead of KI. Its alright for an asg to join a team but not score senders.

I hate it but i know that is is correct cuz we in second behind a team the has Neo[Removed], a group of cheaters, but i still don't like it but these things when its like this with KI in second behind cheaters you know it's true cuz we da best! :laughingsmiley:

I know i wanna win against Darigain badly and also good luck with Haunted Woods ( Like you need it ) Hope you beat them! :D
 

Ok fair enough, I'll switch to the other formation, makes more sense :)

bonus is when that game counts for more points than usual for a whole day.
 
 
i scored more with Ealyn Hawkshanks when i saw him in top 10 so i want to keep him there so i scored 268 goals with him and only 116 with Feldon so he can stay up there. so i score more with Ealyn Hawkshanks just for him to stay, originally it was feldon but now Ealyn Hawkshanks, you should do it too.

We lost YYB and MSN!! I'm going to spend more time on MSN and YYB today, but I find I can easily get 12 games of SOSD done in less than 3 minutes.

ahhhh KI can't pass Tyrannia. Does anyone know if there is a all-star group with them?

Sounds good to me, I've had all day to play and am dreading when I have to go back to school the week after next. Apparently our team is really good at Slushie Slinger so I wouldn't worry about that too much, the game takes about the same time as YYB but is only worth half as many points!
I have a slow laptop to play on and it totally flips out if I stay on SS too long, as soon as I hit 285 points I start losing on purpose to get out of there as quickly as possible. I find if I make the games as short as possible my laptop makes less of a fuss, but sometimes I just have to come out of everything, leave it a while and come back later.

I don't know much about how the cup works, so I'm probably not the best person for advice, however, I'll let you know what I think and hopefully someone with more experience will also help you out here.
 
I've look at tdn's page for each of the teams in our bracket and the skill rating they've given them for each game. This is what they've said:
Tyrannia, who are ahead of us now, are better at YYB than the other games. Followed by MSN and SS, they are worst at SOSD.
Maraqua and Brightvale are both good at SOSD. YYB and MSN come after that and both teams seem to be worst at SS.
 
From that I would recommend a combination of YYB, to beat Tyrannia, and SOSD, to stay ahead of the other teams.
I don't know if that's the best way to play, it might be better to put effort into winning what we are supposed to be better than them at. I'd really appreciate the input of some other players, but for now I hope that can help you a little.

Haha I totally had an image of Stewie Griffin saying that like on the one episode when he went on American Idol and got rejected ^__^ but we shall see Little Lizard, we shall see.

I'm rooting for Krawk Island! This will be my first Altador Cup so I'm super excited to see what it's all about. I looked at the stats from the previous Altador Cups and I think that Krawk Island has a pretty good team and a pretty good chance of doing well this year! But mostly I'm just looking forward to having lots of fun

Yeah, i noticed too that its just us two talking over here but who cares, right? Well, I played against like five teams because last year's format was so awful and from what i see and hear, no one, but literally no one liked last year's format and I totally agree.
