I've been there. I go to a really hard school and it seemed like no matter how much work I put into my studies I didn't feel like I accomplishing anything. I had friends to talk to someone to do homework with me and that really helped me to get my motivation back. My suggestion is to do the same. Find someone to do the work with and it won't feel as oppressive and also give yourself time to do something you love or be with someone you love. Also get some exercize that always gives me more energy.
 
If these don't work then a doctor might be needed, but I know how hard it is to go to a doctor.

Wow. Neopets is still best! I can't blame them for trying to rip off Neopets because Neopets is the coolest thing. But seriously people if you're gonna rip someone off you should at least do it right.

Wow! Your struggles have been very hard and I know you must be hurting. Your ability to make it through is truly amazing not many people would have done what you have. Your compassion is wonderful. That kind of spirit is beautiful in so many ways. Never think you are useless you have a purpose one of which you have been fulfilling all along. Your brother may not realize right now how much you have done for him but he will someday. Be proud that you and your brother are alive even if your situation isn't the best.
