  1. So I now have a Purple Horus up for sale as I'm doing a Petpet shift about to make way for my Mara Snowbunny and have to wait for the avatar ping to time out on my one Petpet but I've already shifted the Horus in preparation. If you were to do it yourself, the purple paint brush is around 1 million currently. I'm happy to agree on a price, and can certainly knock 90,000np off that if anyone here wants it. The 10th Birthday Usuki Birthday Lunch Bag is still up for grabs as well (I can go down to 550,000np happily) and I made a poor purchase in a couple of Water Faerie Usuki Dolls so if anyone wants them, do let me know... I can't go much lower that 165,000np just on base cost price but that's still far cheaper than the SSW... which is lower by far than when I bought them!! And I'm still looking for a Tyrannian Yooyu. I have a Snow Yooyu I'd like to trade for it if possible.
  2. I don't think I'd want one but the Polka Dot is quite cute. It would be a nightmare to customise without being garish though. I do like that outfit... @Angeló is right, it reminds me of Mary Poppins!
  3. I was Pound surfing for a well named pet to start zapping - before I found a page of well named pets stuck in the pound (http://www.neopets.com/~Kylinth if anyone is interested) - and I can't help but be baffled at the number of abandoned pets with appalling names. Why bother creating a pet with an utterly poor name only to abandon it?? I have pets with poor names, but they have sentimental value to me so I wouldn't be trying to trade them anyway. Some examples currently sitting in the Pound: 43wrtgfhdsg JoseCarlosdaFonseca Jose_Lupe_Cuervos kiki_12345679__bia _fire1_fire1_67 asasd_asasd_2_2 AS123jjjjj chelsea97541486
  4. I don't know how many of you are readers here, but I thought it might be interesting to see what other people are reading and what they recommend. Currently I am reading The Ten Thousand Doors of January by Alix E. Harrow which is a beautifully written fantasy novel that blurs the lines between fantasy and reality. The prose is nothing short of superb and the book has be absolutely engrossed. Perhaps my most recommended series of all time though is the Vorkosigan Saga by Lois McMaster Bujold - for accessible science fiction written with wit and humour in spades, that is a series that I keep going back to time and time and time again.
