Hello all! I've been playing neopets since I was 7 or 8 on an off, nearly 2 decades! I'm glad to be a part of this community to chat about Neopets with other neopians. When I was a kid my friends and I would crowd around the computer and play games, explore, try different foods, and do all sorts of stuff on Neopets together. It's been really comforting to return to it time and time again, at least for the advent calendar every year, but often for longer periods of time. I've been playing more dedicatedly for about 6 months now! My biggest goals are: Getting avatars Stamps (currently working on sea shells and faerieland) Looking forward to chatting with yall :)

Today I started the 30 day waiting period to get a Fire Blumaroo avatar! I thought I would get it by painting a neopet that already had a 30-day petpet attached, but didn't realize the requirement that the petpet have the word fire in it's species name, so I switched out the petpet! I am excited!! Also got a golden evil coconut form coconut shy.

Those two items are having a face-pulling contest. xD Sorry cake, but your effort's NEVER gonna make the grade... Wail lite? You made from some rubbish low fat recipe or something?

I use my PC for NP's too and I have refreshed and logged in and out and the beta button will not appear on the PC. At this time I have to guess mobile only.

@bonnie_morrison old school pay-as-you-go homies unite! *fist bump* My phone is new - well, not by the upgrade every 6 months criteria it isn't, lol - so let's say "new", but it's just a really basic phone, not even got a camera on it. Not sure I'll ever have a smartphone, bit more than my budget or disease-addled brain can cope with. You should see the messes I get in with mine; pressing the wrong buttons and then not knowing what the heck I just did and so on... the bit of my brain that behaves like the ditheriest of dithery 85 yr. olds is right out in front and strutting its stuff when I have my phone in my hand.

I was wondering that myself, I only use Neopets on PC as I don't have the right type of cell phone for apps-yes mine is an old school pay as you go flip phone, lol

Though... for kids who are old enough to have seen it played in cartoons and Wild West movies and so on, it'd probably be a good ploy to teach them it because of the exciting associations. I shall be making more because I've got two far bigger tubs of yoghurt than I'd normally buy being delivered today. The supermarket's imposed a total item limit on their online shops now, and as I've no idea if I'll be able to secure another online shop I've gone for some bigger packs of things or multipacks to try and offset this. I'm not going to enjoy trying to get everything in the fridge that's for sure. My fridge is smol. The average UK fridge is the size of one that would fit under the counter - whether it's a separate fridge or part of a fridge-freezer. They are getting bigger now, the US's influence, lol! Mine's old though, it was my nan's - it's a fridge-freezer but the fridge isn't as big as the freezer, it's one shelf less that normal fridge size, so getting two 1kg tubs of yoghurt's gonna use up a lot of space. But hey... having nowhere to put all the food... #firstworldproblem if ever there was one, right?

Yep. Remember those days, where Firefox wouldn't send scores. Could only get them to "send" with Internet Explorer 11 and the last version of Safari for Windows. If you feel daring, give the last version of Safari a try, along with Shockwave version 10.3.1.018. Uninstall 12.2 first, reboot, then install last version of Safari for Windows, and then Shockwave. OK I was looking for this email in the wrong email account. I did receive an email from NP's and it says they are offering me access to the closed beta. of the NP's mobile. It says not everything is moved over yet but that there is new features. Here is a list Our Brand New Homepage News, Alerts, & Site Events Customisation Dailies and Games Bookmarks It also says if you got the email then you will be getting access soon. There is a button to the right, next to the Log In. By pushing the button you can switch from original NP's site to the Beta site. Apparently I got the email message from them yesterday evening. So I am oing to sign in here in just a bit. If anyone has any questions just post them and I'll try and answer best I can. If you want to know more about the email message you can ask that too but I gave you the basics from the email.

I hope I'm not crashing the Mouseykins/Ennoshima party here - I am just desperate for a thread that hasn't been abandoned since 2019. I started out doing a boatload of jigsaw puzzles when quarantine began, but I'm finding that I don't really have the space or the long-term concentration it takes to really sit down and do a puzzle properly. My attention is so scattered and divided that smaller tasks - reading online, playing Neo, goofing around and organizing and purging my closet, etc. are all much easier and lower-brainpower activities. I feel like I just cannot get my brain to work at 100% capacity anymore!! I used to love cooking, grocery shopping, etc. - now they're just "have to"s that take too much time without enough creative freedom. I feel for the kiddos staying up way too late just to get some peace/quiet/privacy, because that has definitely been me as well. 11:00 PM - 3:00 am is my Me Time, but I do tend to regret it a bit when morning comes all too quickly after my head hits the pillow. That got way too negative and whiny! Ah!! Back to something fun: I've started a new goal of getting 3,000 unique items in my SDB - only 863 left to go. Whew. Emptying out my real closet and filling up my fake one. What a glamorous life I live. Thanks for letting me share ♥

I'm guessing that's a Desert Rock, I love how imaginative TNT were with various Rock petpets, like how the Disco one is a glitterball. The ray is fired at thenameisalice... ... and she doesn't change at all But... nothing happens. It makes a kind of 'zzrrrppptttt' sound before shutting down completely. The creepy Kookith shoos you away and appears quite angry, so you hightail it out of there before he shoots some miniature laser beam at you or something. @berriganify tumbleweed Jub would be awesome!
