THANK YOU so much for your patience. We've gotten a lot of good applications, so naturally, it takes some time to decide which 3 to pick. :) We've already narrowed it down a little bit. Anime Posted March 20, 2008 Share Posted March 20, 2008 Well, it's easy enough to weed out the bad ones (fun too, we get to laugh at the bad ones), but then we get down to a group of 5-7 who would all be great, but in different ways and we have to pick the ones that would do best with us and each other, sometimes based only on that app, and stick with them. And since there's no way to get the whole staff to agree on everything.... It falls on one person. Everyone, please thank V for being a good sport with everyone's comments and being the one to ultimatly pick the new staff, based on those comments. Many people would do great and it's always hard to refuse some people.
