neon_halo
Well, I've got food and I'm back. How would Na+ be opposite of Ka+ surely you need a element with a negative ion. Argh. Chem is hell. Anyway. I think prehaps we need a tatic. Like a team on anagrams, a team on opposites, a team on numbers and a team of clue hunters/explainers. Then we mass together to discuss findings. smilykid6616
I was thinking also that because echo is repetition, that it would be the absence of sound? But i think silence was mentioned. Maybe that was the right track we were on... EDIT: I could be on team explainers. I can analyze poetry, as in those silly messages we keep getting all full of clues = ) I'm not much help in the finding/figuering department however... MotorMouth
Thought...... what if what we unscramble from Kalium Echo are 2 words that are opposites, like good and bad.

KaysyLynn
Yeah I had mentioned silence earlier, but we really couldn't get anything out of it except that we wished "Potassium Silence" was the clue... but alas.... I do keep typing it in and hoping it works...*grin*
smilykid6616
what if it was something to do with other elements? Like it unscrambled to some other element?
shadowgrrl
Thought...... what if what we unscramble from Kalium Echo are 2 words that are opposites, like good and bad. there's an idea. neon_halo: we could split up into teams -- it would give something to do for the people who aren't doing anything specific at the moment. have to get a majority vote on that. Okay, scenario: we are Indiana Jones. we are in that weird chamber-temple place at the beginning of Raiders of the Lost Ark, and we are running from the boulder. that boulder's gonna squish us all in, well, five hours, if we don't unlock this door to escape . . . Motivated yet?
shadowgrrl
what if it was something to do with other elements? Like it unscrambled to some other element? i remember seeing "helium" in the list of possible solutions. it didn't work, though.
Ruto
I'm doing numerous things with anagrams, so I guess I'll let you guys know if I find anything.
neon_halo
even if there's not organized groups, we could do with people having focus. Personally, I trying out more opposites.

smilykid6616
I have reason (from one of the clues) to think we are focusing too much on anagrams, and not enough on opposites. I heard somewhere that someone who already finished had an idea, built on it and got it. Which means we most likely have to find an opposite of kalium echo, then unscramble, then submit that... omakie
MM, I had the same idea, but I can't get anything but "hi" and "lo", which is beyond lame.

Ruto
The word chia is found in kalium echo...
smilykid6616
in that case, from kalium we get sodium, and from echo we had silence. I guess someone who's into anagrams could try to use those letters. But i don't think silence is right..
neon_halo
Okay, on chemistry terms, can anyone tell me an element that neutralizes with potassium. I know it's going to be on the other side of the periodic table. If anyone knows anything, lay your cards on the table, please.

shadowgrrl
Again, where is sodium coming from? dunno. Google doesn't know, either. there are many elements/compounds that neutralize various types of potassium.
omakie
There's no such thing as an opposite to an element.
smilykid6616
now that's funny, cause when i typed in 'opposite of potassium' that's what came up...
Ruto
Sodium is indeed the opposite of potassium, so maybe we finally have something going here. Quiet could be substituted for silence...
shadowgrrl
now that's funny, cause when i typed in 'opposite of potassium' that's what came up... i'm on Wiki right now -- now, i know it's not as trustworthy as some other sites, but . . . it seems that sodium and potassium are similar in construct.
