Izzy ♥
Do you see the lady in the picture turning clockwise or anticlockwise? If you say clockwise then you use the right side of your brain more; anticlockwise you use the left more. Apparently most people say anticlockwise (i.e. left brain) and if you concentrate you should be able to get her to turn the other way. No matter what I try I can't get it to change though XD I say she turns clockwise; what do the rest of you see? Source
antiaircraft
I say clockwise (most of the time), but she changes randomly for me.
Xepha
I first saw clockwise... but only for a sec... then anticlockwise for the rest... then came back to clockwise... Looks like I'm using all my brain at the same time!
Myriad
Nope, she is always turning clock-wise for me. How does she change?
Xepha
It depends on which leg you focus, I think. Could somebody remind me the differences between right brain and left brain?
Izzy ♥
LEFT BRAIN FUNCTIONSuses logic detail oriented facts rule words and language present and past math and science can comprehend knowing acknowledges order/pattern perception knows object name reality based forms strategies practical safe RIGHT BRAIN FUNCTIONS uses feeling "big picture" oriented imagination rules symbols and images present and future philosophy & religion can "get it" (i.e. meaning) believes appreciates spatial perception knows object function fantasy based presents possibilities impetuous risk taking Its interesting that you all either see it clockwise or both, when most people are meant to say anticlockwise XD
Myriad
Yeah, it is. Is the stuff true about left brain being artistic, and the right being logic? I can only see her legs and body turning clockwise. My friend did it and she saw both.
Ashley Rose
I first saw it clockwise, then I saw it the other way. Now I can only see clockwise and can't get her to go the other way now haha. That is interesting that we all seem to be seeing it opposite of what is usually the "normal" way to see it!
Izzy ♥
Myriad - other way around; left is generally logic and right is artistic.
Xepha
I think more people usually see it anticlockwise because the society in which we live is focussing more on logic, science...
Ellie_Penguin
At first I said clockwise, then it became anticlockwise. You sure it doesn't change directions after a few minutes? Anyways, it makes sense to me 'cause I'm an artist lol.
Izzy ♥
Nope, Ellie - its always clockwise for me, no matter what I do I can't get it to change to anticlockwise...
Ellie_Penguin
This is really cool, I just blink and it changes. Sometimes it starts on anticlockwise, though and maybe because I'm actually thinking.
MOPGhost
For me after a while you can see her go the other dicertion!
Boomer
Meh.Sounds about right i see both (I see a few things i do on both of those lists you posted awhile back.) XD. I see clockwise for a sec or two the anticlockwise.
Shattered_Ribbon
I see mostly anticlockwise, and then for a few seconds it goes clockwise. It really looks like it changes direction after a few minutes though...x3
Strategos
I see mostly anticlockwise, and then for a few seconds it goes clockwise. It really looks like it changes direction after a few minutes though...x3 It does definitely change direction. I have used different pieces of equipment to come to this brilliant conclusion. Parshy
I say clockwise, makes sense cause i am most of those things
Myriad
It's weird for me, because I can only see it going clockwise, and I'm a half-logic, half-artistic person.
.Dan.
I've always seen her revolving clockwise, and never been able to change direction.
