REVISED FREEZING POLICY:

Moving forward, we will only freeze accounts when ignoring our multiple warnings or there is clear evidence of:

  1. Bad username
  2. System / multiple account abuse
  3. Scamming
  4. Offsite selling & buying activities
  5. Cheating
  6. Other harmful activities

 

REVIEW OF RECENT FREEZES FOR OFF-SITE BUYING/SELLING:

We are reassessing all offsite pet selling or buying related accounts frozen in the past three months. Some accounts will be unfrozen in alignment with our revised policy.

Affected users will receive an email with the final decision regarding their account status. We ask for your patience during this process. There is no need for additional appeals: If your account was frozen due to offsite buying or selling pets within the last three months, we will review your case as part of this initiative.
