Help.. I can't access neopets at all!

Last night I was in the battledome and the void blade made my pet sick, which ended the battle. After no matter what neopet link I tried I only get this

An error occurred while processing your request.

and its still going on today; please help T_T

Did you try healing your pet? It might be that the game thinks you're still in the battle. Or you could see if you could end the battle by withdrawing here: https://www.neopets.com/dome/status.phtml

If that doesn't work and you can't start a new battle when your pet is healthy (or with another healthy pet) I'd suggest to sent in a ticket to TNT.

I too am getting error messages on every page. Earlier someone on the Neopets Charter boards said it was happening to them.

Thank you for getting back to me but I found out a large number of people are getting this error.. making it so you can't enter the site. (even the battledome link is an error page) I clear my browser history and such to make me out out; my mate tried logging in to his account but he too as the error.

We don't know much information but some people found out that it actually isn't to do with Neopets itself but rather the CND company they use. All we can do for now is sit tight as it appears to be out of Neopets' hands too.
