Snowwy Avatar?

Has anyone here achieved this avatar recently? Like in the last 6 months? My guild and I are questioning whether this avatar is still achievable or not?

I haven't gotten it yet, but why would it not be achievable?
I know people who have tried for years to get it, it just seems to be rare

or did anything change that would influence this avatar in particular?

I am not sure. Our guild is just looking for some kind of proof that it is still achievable!

I have been trying for like forever now ... and still no avatar for me.

it is still achievable .. someone on the neoboard i frequent (Site Events) posted that they got last week
