amandap Posted May 8, 2020 Share Posted May 8, 2020 Hey guys, Trying to get the shockwave games to work and have followed all the necessary information. I can load the screen to choose what game but when I go to click "play" there isn't a window that opens to let me play rhe game so no pop up box? Any ideas how I can get this to work? ohml Posted May 8, 2020 Share Posted May 8, 2020 Download an older version of IE and the shockwave plugin thats version 12 or older. On other browsers, some games seem to work fine for me without plugins. On safari, i can play all the Hannah games without crashes and stuff. Though I can't play frumball and a plethora of others. Scoobert_Doo Posted May 10, 2020 Share Posted May 10, 2020 IE may be blocking pop-ups. Click "Tools" (gear looking icon, top, right corner of IE) - "Internet Options" - "Privacy" tab. Look for "Turn on Pop-up Blocker". Either "uncheck" the check box, or click on "Settings", and add Neopets to be "Allowed". Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
krystalmarie Posted May 19, 2020 Share Posted May 19, 2020 Do all of these methods work on a mac? I've tried downloading IE Tab but it won't even open Neopets without crashing.
