wafflo Posted January 15, 2018 Posted January 15, 2018 Hi all, I introduced myself many years ago and I never quited Neopets, sadly they froze my account on July 2016 and I was so disappointed, as it was an old account(15 years), they just changed the pass for my own security and as I made it when I was 12 they didn't had my mail, so I lost it forever. I lost so many things..., the most painful was my now retired avatars and my UC royal Cybunny Arumi. But thanks to my new friends from my also new front-end developer career, I started playing Neopets again (it was a nice surprise knowing they played such things as Neopets). I have to learn so many things, so I'm going to be around the forums a lot :) Quote

The reason they changed the pw back then was because they got hacked, so the login information got compromised. The good news here is that we're all here to help you get back to NeoPets. One thing you might like to know is that you can know have 5 pets on your account. With Cybunny Day coming up on April 27th, you should be able to create a Cybunny in homage to your former pet. If you are looking for Neofriends, please add me. :) Quote

Hopefully you will, too.. welcome back :) I find without the stress of trying to maintain a top position for avatars, the game isn't as stressful and I can enjoy it more at a relaxed pace now.
