Do you mean the strength and defence multiplier tiers that determine how much damage you will do or block?

Oh wow, yes i did go to tdn to first start battling, but i did not see that page, it definetly helps a bit more

Sounds like your battling is going pretty well. :)
The strength and defense boost system confused me when I started battling. It is a different system than I had ever seen before. But the TDN battle articles are really good for helping people's understanding of how the BD works.
