Game Help

I hope I'm in the right place for help.  When I started this account 4 mos ago, I was able to get all the typical dailys; within two months, I would get the header, but not the actual game for Bagatelle and Coconut Shy.  I took a screenshot and sent in a ticket and received a ticket closed with the answer that:

 

You are not authorized to perform any actions at this time

 

 

Any suggestions or help.  I am using Google Chrome, up to date and Windows Vista.   :sad02:

Those games are not displaying correctly for anyone. I sent in a ticket explaining how they could possibly fix it, but only got the generic ticket closure message. Anyhow, if you are looking for the links, here they are:

The HTML code for both list "swf.neopets.com", but, I believe, should be "images.neopets.com". I would think it would be a quick/easy fix, but I do understand TNT may be busy or have other priority items to fix.

EDIT: Oops! I didn't read your message correctly. Coconut Shy does work. You might want to try clearing your cache and history. On occasion, I may get a "grey" screen, where the game should be, but refreshing the page, usually, helps.

Scoobert is right, coconut shy DOES indeed work.  However, for me, it takes a LOOOOOONG time to load.  So long in fact, that I too thought it wasn't working.  So, Click the link for the daily here on TDN, Then give it a good minute or two to load.  No, maybe not everyone has to do that, but maybe you and I do.  lol.  :sad01_anim: I know I do.  But it does work just fine for me.  Well, except for the part about knocking them down and getting the avatar.  That part isn't working so well.  :sick01: Maybe I could send a ticket for that?  ROTFL
