Is there anything going on today/tomorrow?

I was just wondering if it was just me or not, but I've been getting a whole lot of Random Events which is not common for me at all. I've gotten a Faerie quest, a petpet lab map, treasure map, and 3 different foods... All from RE's 

 

Might this have something to do with the random faeries that keep popping up at the top of some Neopets page? I've been on Hiatus for quite some time, so please excuse my ignorance...

Speculation is, it could be for the (annual) "Daily Faerie Quests", which usually happens late February or early March. However, who knows, at this point. Interesting, though.

Have you been getting any more random events than usual, or do you think that might be unrelated?

Unfortunately, no, I haven't been getting (any) more random events, than usual (which, is not many). Personally, I do not think it is related, just that you are lucky! But, my intuition has never been good. If they are getting ready for the daily faerie quests, it is possible they are working on the pages, and accidentally posted parts of those pages. At this point, though, not everyone has seen it.

Well I guess here's to hoping that they are bring the Daily Faerie quests back. ^_^

This is my first time seeing that faerie banner, but a couple days go, I got like several random events in a row for like 2 days.

I see it mainly at the top of the homepage, but maybe two or three times(maybe more, I wasn't paying too much attention) playing NeoQuest I I saw it pop up there too.

I ended up getting two new Battledome challengers (Boochi and The Black Pteri) through REs, but nothing else...as of yet.

Saw the faerie banner, but for me, I has 3 different REs this week that took about 2000nps each  :sad02:

 

And it rained Mortog once. It was funny. But not funny enough.....

hmm, I noticed more random events today too. I got two of them within a couple of minutes of each other, which doesn't happen to me often, even while playing games that require a lot of refreshing like Neoquest?

I actually have been receiving many REs in the last few days and I haven't been refreshing that much at all.

Good so it's not just me that's been receiving a whole lot more RE's. I know the Festival hasn't started yet, and I don't know about the rest of you, but I am not a premium member, so I'm at a loss as to why the sudden increase in RE's...

I'm a premium member, but I've noticed that I have gotten more random events than what I'm used to.  I got three within a half an hour on Sunday just doing my dailies.  I've been a premium member for years, and that has never happened before.
