May I know where to buy/get wearables besides buying via Neocash?

There are a lot of wearables you can get that are for neopoints not neocash. You can tell an item is wearable because the item will have a small hanger icon on it at the lower left hand corner. You can get them as prizes from different dailies or you can buy them from various shops (for example some of the items sold at Uni's clothing) or from other users' shops. Also, you can try the second-hand shoppe for wearables other players are giving away.

Another great resource is the customisation catalogue for TDN and JN. I use JN's database to search for wearables (you can set specific parameters, like non-NC stuff), and the JN site has been invaluable for 'window' shopping. =)

Cool! Thanks for all this information! I had no clue this database existed on TDN. I need to take some time and find some clothes for my kids!
