Is neopets down right now?

Hi all, just about 15mins ago, I was using neopets and it was fine (pricing my stuff in my shop) but suddenly neopets just stopped loading? Not sure what happened. 

I can load any other page just fine (social media etc). It just says "this webpage is unavailable" when I try to open neopets. Let me know if you guys have the same issue :(

The 5th Neopet slot is a feature for Premium members, but it looks like your membership has run out. Don't fret, though! You have three options to regain access to the Neopets website:

• 1) Renew your Premium service.
  • (You'll keep all five Neopets and regain access to the site.)
• 2) Transfer one of your Neopets, bringing you back down to four.
  • (As soon as the other player - or your side account! - accepts the transfer, you'll regain access to the site.)
• 3) Abandon one of your Neopets, bringing you back down to four.
  • (You'll regain access to the site immediately. However, in case you're just on a short Premium hiatus, we'll hold on to your Neopet for 90 days before putting it into the Pound. If you don't sign up again in that time, then the Neopet will be made available for another Neopian to adopt.)

so I click on the renewal tab and renewed my membership for a year. As soon as I finished it told me I was once again a premium member and to click here to go to the site. I did just that and I still got the same message as above. Next I thought maybe something went wrong so I clicked the renew button again. Then I got a message saying I was a premium member but when I went again to my account I get that same message. I tried logging out. Restarting my computer, twice. Im still getting the same message as above. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get back to the site and get rid of this message? Thank you for any help or advice you may have.
