I honestly feel like crying right now

Yesterday, after a year of trying to save up 330k, I got a Pirate Draik. But apparently while I was offline, I got hacked and frozen.... now my Draik, Darigan Hissi, and Mutant Poogle are gone. I'm completely at a loss right now and have no idea what to do now that everything I worked for is gone.

I suggest you put in a ticket a.s.a.p. If you explain what happened, I'm sure JS will be able to investigate and sort it out for you.

If you don't get your account back I have a pirate Draik egg that I wasn't really planning on either hatching or selling, if you'd be interested in that. I lost an account once that was really important to me and I don't play Neopets as much as I did when I was a kid so I wouldn't mind parting with it. I can't do anything about your Hissi or Poogle but if you have to start anew I'd be happy to make it a little more painless.

James, that is super nice of you, I also have one that I don't mind parting with either. That is so horrible what happened to you :sad01_anim: .  Is a Hissi a limited edition pet?  IDK much about them.  If James will donate the Draik egg, i will be happy to donate a poogle morphing potion.  It won't be mutant, but maybe at some point you can get a transmog potion for it.  At least you will have your draik and your poogle.  I know it's not the same, but as James said, it's a less painful start.  Let us know if we can help you in any way.

i fed a red poogle morphing potion to my msp poogle, yesterday.  i freaked out..  but luckily she was in the bd and couldnt be changed!!!  so, i can feel your pain, if i had lost that pet..  i would have been crying..  sorry you lost your pets:(

:woot:  :woot: !!!!!! OMG, OMG,OMG!!!! HOW did you do that?  I am always sooooooo careful when I click on something, like something to a friend, feeding something to a pet, putting something in my SDB, pricing items in my shop, etc.  To make sure that I am actually doing the event/selection I actually want and not making a HORRIBLE mistake that cannot be undone.  You got lucky that your pet happened to be in the BD.  Especially an expensive pet like that.  

Unfortunately, albinoRobot had no control over their account being frozen (if it wasn't something they did).  I would be horrified if I lost my pets.  I know it won't be the same thing if people donate pets/items, but they can name them similar names and play until neo unfreezes.  If they don't unfreeze, at least their account will start aging.

yep.  im usually very careful.  but for some reason, i wasnt thinking, and clicked, and realized my mistake as soon as i hit submit.  thank the neopian gods i was in the bd.  id never have forgiven myself..

Yes, Thank the gods indeed.  I would have probably quit the game if I had done that.  lol.  You are very lucky.  Luckily I have learned from learned from the boards here to double and triple check.  The only mistake(s) I have made is on pricing, when I was new, I will call myself a definite NOOB then, I used to price my shop according to what I FELT things were worth!!  lol.  Isn't that funny?
