And I submitted a ticket this morning for help about the issue. And I still haven't heard anything? What is the issue? Does it usually take this long? .Brianna. Posted July 15, 2015 Share Posted July 15, 2015 There have been some delays/issues with premium as the ewallet transition continues. Keep an eye on your bank account. As long as it is "processing" there you haven't technically been charged yet. If it goes a few days beyond you being charged (i.e. the transaction has posted) then I would be concerned. People need to STOP their premium accounts, not have NEW people join. I understand your excitement though :rolleyes_anim: .
