life_eclectic Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I have the opposite problem. I haven't been getting my scratch cards for about 3 weeks. Also, when I go to manage my premium membership it says I am not signed up, but I never canceled and I am still getting all the other benefits (5th pet, premium cards, premium toolbar, etc.). I was waiting to see if things worked themselves out, but it's probably been enough time that I should contact TNT. Quote

You pay a lot of money and stuff hasnt been up to snuff lately! Here's a little bonus!' I had the 'you're not a member' message for a good few weeks, but it has gone back to normal for me now and I am able to change/cancel my premium whenever I want. Just wait it out, it should be back for you soon too :] Quote
