Which do you do?

Whenever you get a Bag of Broken Neopoints, do you sell it in your shop or do you try to repair it in hopes for more?

 

I usually try to repair it. If I lose a couple hundred neopoints it's not a huge deal to me. :P

I repair them. I usually feel like I make more nps overall. Maybe we can post our results and try to get a decent sample here.

 

Profit of 1390nps. SSW says average of 130 is 1323, but cheapest 10 is 1100. I hate that TNT changed this aspect of SSW. Please change it back as its now useless for pricing my shop.

I try to repair any I've been fortunate enough to obtain. Sometimes you can turn a little profit, like you've said. ;)

I always repair it. It only ever costs me a few hundred neopoints and I get somewhere in the thousands. It's usually a profit for me, but I never buy them.

I bought 6 of them to see if I would make a profit or defecit.

 

Paid: 1476 Got: 1779

Paid: 1641 Got: 1868

Paid: 1643 Got: 1734

So in the end I lost 500 neopoints. I probably could've bought them cheaper, but it seems like you end up paying more each time so you're almost better off to just sell them in my opinion.

I can't remember if I've ever gotten one of those before! If I did, I'd probably try to repair it.

 

It's interesting to see the stats on if it's worth it or not though...

I don't think I've ever gotten one.  But if I did, I would probably just donate it.

I've only ever had one, and I repaired it (lost money) but I intend to try and fix any more I come across.

I can't remember the last time I got a broken bag of NP's.  I usually repair them though.

I barely ever get broken neopoints, but when I do I usually repair them, but I always get 1 point higher than what I paid ;p

This thread inspired me to go buy one & test my luck! Paid 1150 NP for the bag and 453 to repair it, and got 1992 in return. A 389 NP profit. I normally get them repaired, just like I normally open Discovered Treasure Chests--I hate to think that the one time I sell it instead, I'm missing out on a cool item/profit.

I get them repaired. The profit vs selling is only a couple hundred NP. Plus chance games are kinda fun. xD
