The Prediction Thread! 2015

Predictions, we all have them. We all know who we think is gonna win, so why don't you share them? Post your predictions on this thread! Meanwhile, here are mine and why they are mine.

 

 

 

18th

I think most people saw this one coming. Just like Altador, Moltara got a group to help last year but they aren't as strong as they placed last year. For that reason I put Moltara in 18th.

 

17th

Altador is just too weak to rise above 16th place with no help from a group. Of corse they could come out of nowhere and rise but that seems unlikely.

 

 

16th:

Got help from a group last year so most likely not going to again. That why I put them in 16th.

 

15th:

They've tied for 13th 2 years in a row. With the lowest place they tied being 15th. They're not increasing so that's why I put them as 15th. They could get a group though.

14th:

Same thing as shenkuu pretty much. I don't think Roo Island has as good of a shot as Shenkuu getting a group because Roo got one recently.

 

 

13th

Mystery Island Been declining every year with the exception of a group I belive. So 13th isn't too bad for the consitering that they've gotten 14th a lot in the past 4 years.

 

12th

Meridell's Been declining each year. 2-3 places I think thats going to continue this year.

 

11th

I think Maraqua has it in them to raise a place this year. But not too high.

 

10th:

Terror Mountain declined in performance to 13th last year. I think they can rebound!

 

9th:

This one is hard. Tyrannia should have gotten the winner's curse this year but got saved. I think it's their time now.

 

8th:

Kreludor has been placing 7th-8th a lot after their win. I think that's going to continue.

 

7th:

Haunted woods has a FANTASIC fanbase that I think will keep them up to 7th. But they would do better if they didn't win last year.

 

6th:

Brightvale has been doing amazing recently. I think with a group they might be able to podium. If not, 6th place nothing less

 

5th:

Great team, Great fanbase, Krawk has got 5th at least in the bag.

 

4th:

Here comes the talking :P Faerieland has one of the best shots for the groups, based off of their last 2 cups. If that happens, Faerieland has 4th or higher GARENTEED! Of corse if that doesn't happen, knock faerieland down to 15th. Theres pretty much no shot for them to go up higher unless they get a group

 

3rd:

This ones a HUGE stretch, and that's coming from a loyal 7 time player. However a medium sized group has agreed to join Lost Desert this year. I also heard rumors of a pretty big group joining aswell. In addition to the loyal players, Lost desert could place pretty great this year. But if that big group doesn't join, Lost Desert most likely will place around 7th.

 

2nd:

Kiko Lake has pretty much done great the past 2 years. With maybe a group on their side, 2nd is a good shot for Kiko Lake.

 

1st:

Darigan Citadel is an amazing team. And it would be a great target for a group having Woods win last year. It is pretty much given Darigan is gonna do good.

Good predictions, probably going to be fairly close to that. Except Krawk Island will win  :rolleyes_anim: That might just me my bias getting in the way there though, haha.

I've been putting Maraqua at the top of my predictions for a long time now, but it feels like they're in a bit of a lull. DC's not gonna let HW's second win go lightly that's for sure, so I'd be pretty unsurprised if they won. As far as dark horses are concerned, I'm feeling the Faerieland vibe too.

Yeah I think that's definetly an accurate top 5. I'm not sure if FL will be 4rth, but I feel they will be up there hanging onto dear life.

Also I believe Kiko Lake has a group as well, like I said with a group on their side they can place 2nd. I also heard rumors of another medium sized group is joining Brightvale. With Lost Desert's group Brightvale, Lost Desert and Kiko lake might be top contenders this year!

I've always been a Kiko Lake supporter. No real reason except their symbol is super cute!

Thank you! I like Moltara, maybe then they don't stand a chance... I also saw somewhere mentioned that people organize themselves to support a particular team, without any cheating, just focused effort from a group of people, I think it was called All Star Group - is that correct? Is it something like a guild joining the same team?

I think they're are only 1 or 2 of those but they do exist. I don't know who their joining however.
