Flash games telling me I am out of lives

This happens fairly frequently, and sometimes I am not sure if it is true or not. But today, right now, I am playing Feed Florg, and with all 5 lives and one petpet on the table, the game glitches and it says game over

This is actually something they put in place so people dont lag the game on purpose... (That would fall under cheating.)

 

 

I know it's frustrating, but all you can do is close all background application to make sure you computer does not freeze while you play that game.

what would lagging the game do for you? that doesnt make sense : /

I know that in Ice Cream Machine if mine lags too bad, it'll do that as well. Also left clicking on ICM is an automatic disqualification because people could use that to also pause the game. Don't know if it's the same in feed florg, but I'd believe it.

ICM stands for Ice Cream Machine, one of the peskier avatar games in my opinion. (Well, pesky when it comes to getting the required score, anyway)

I've ran into the issue twice in the past two months, both times when there was a bad lagspike on Neopets' side, but yes, I suppose that it's an issue people with a fairly good internet connection and computer are far less likely to run into.

I've never run into this issue but my rig is also a gaming rig so it'd be ridiculous if a simple flash game lagged like that.

 

If you have an older computer, you might want to exit out as many programs and browser tabs as you can, as well as picking a lower quality for the game.

 

Also be aware of your internet speed. If you are able, google something like 'internet speed test' to see your upload/download speeds as that might be the issue here as well. How to fix that issue is myriad, tho.
