Can anyone give me some help customising my maraquan mynci?

About a month ago, I zapped my island mynci and ended up with this thing: http://www.neopets.com/petlookup.phtml?pet=FontRunway. There are quite a few wearables that don't fit it right, especially shoes (the pointy webbed feet stick out the top) and some wigs. Also, it just looks really weird :( But until it zaps into something else, I would really like for it to look a little less strange. Anyone have any ideas?

I opted to focus more on the backgrounds and foregrounds for my Maraquan pets.

I think that the LOOK of the Maraquan pets is so unique in and of itself that they do not need traditional 'clothing' like other pets do to create their custom.

 

There ARE a few Maraquan and Mutant only clothing items....but there are not many.

Thanks, took your advice and now my mynci is clothing free :) Going to take some getting used to, but definitely an improvement over the ill fitting clothing.

I love my maraquan! she's my favorite pet <3 but I feel you in terms of customizing. It's what inspired me to buy neocash for the first time, just so I could buy her a wig! lol

I used to just have a traditional ocean themed background..but I like the "bottled up" theme. In terms of neopoint items it's a shame there's not more maraquan wearables out there :/

Unlike other Maraquans, you actually have the luxury of wearing most normal coloured pets wearables, so I say dress her up as whatever! You have a lot of room to play around; this is what I came up with. Might as well utilize the cross paint.
