Trouble with Habitarium

I have been trying to get into my habitarium for the last three days, it goes to the page and says loading but that is all it will do, :sad02: please help..

The people there can help you figure out what to do if TNT can't help soon enough.

here's what works for me, I found that when I logged into my habi on my husbands computer it would work, I would put all my little guys in their homes/nests and then reopened habi on my computer. I have been locked out several times.
