UB petpets

have you guys ever stared at a petpet in a shop and never bothered buying it cause you thought it was cheap?

 

it happens too often

 

like the time i saw a floreena i just stared at it and checked its price after it was gone it was a UB

 

then a time i saw a zebie i just kept refreshing the page cause i thought it was also cheap because no one bought it for a long period of time... and i see it often too

 

I also assume when i was a kid also did that...

 

lesson here is that research before restocking

Amen to dat. Except I once saw a Kadoatie in the petpet shop before I knew it was UB. Didn't bother buying it because it's pink. But it happens a lot. Cheap things are actually expensive.

 

Real lesson is Don't judge a book by its cover.

I once saw a halloween paintbrush in a shop and thought oh thats cute it must be a plushie and I bought it for 200 np and yes I then realised it was a real halloween paintbrush :whaa: I went back to the shop to check it wasnt a childs/newbie or something but it wasnt, I think it was someone just getting rid of everything from their sdb. :rock:

I have a couple of petpets that were zapped to be Kads. They're not worth anything really but they look c00l.
