Problems when getting premium :(

Hello, people!

 

I was sooooooo excited to be a Premium Member of Neopets but unfortunately I just can't finish my payment process. Recently I bought a prepaid card just for Neo and I get an error everytime I fullfill my information:

 

"Oops! We were not able to process your payment. Please verify your information and try again. If you have already received this message, please try a different payment method. If you continue to have trouble, please contact support at [email protected]"

 

Does anyone know to deal with this?

 

PS: Yes, prepaid cards are allowed for TNT, check their NC Mall Rules or just read below:

 

You may use an applicable payment mechanism offered by us through the Site(s) including prepaid cards, credit cards or other payment mechanism (e.g., PayPal) to pay for transactions involving Neocash or Premium Membership.

Well, it does say to contact support with your issue. I don't see why you wouldn't want to try that first.

I had issues using a prepaid card as well I didn't think to contact them I just figured it didnt work. I ended up adding money to my paypal and just used that.

There used to be a number you could call to cancel your premium, so I should think it would work the opposite. Trouble is, I don't remember if it was "1-800-Neopets", "888-Neopets" or what. :P
