Which neopet looks most like...

A hamster do you think? I don't mind if it's a neopet that needs painting, but I would love to have one - my lab rat Sashma is named after my own hamster, and I think it'd be cute to actually have a hamster :)

the Striped Meerca looks like a chipmunk .. which is similar to a hamster ...

 

or the brown one

At first I thought of a Xweetok, because they're kind of rodent-like...

But I think a Yurble looks more like a hamster.

I think as far as neopets go, Meercas are probably the best approximation.

 

For petpets, Meepits fit in perfectly!

I say Yurble, honestly. They're small, fuzzy, and everything else... All you really need is something that would take the mane away. :D

I used to have a lot of hamsters growing up and I think out of the suggestions people have given here a Yurble is the closest. A Meerca looks like a squirrel and a Xweetok is more rat/squirrel looking as far as rodents go. Although I've never thought much about Yurbles looking like hammies, it seems as if they're the closest resemblance.

I would go with a meerca, specifically brown. I think they're definitely the most hamster like.
