This means inputting your neopets username properly, or providing us with an alternate means of communication in your application (TDN Forums account name is preferable) if you cannot receive Neomails (silenced, under 13, can only receive from Neofriends, etc). Also, be sure your inbox isn't full, as this will also obviously keep us from being able to contact you. newnichols7 Posted May 15, 2014 Share Posted May 15, 2014 Slightly off topic question: I was lended a robo eyrie for the avatar and instead of moving the neomail to my "important" folder so I could remember who to give it back to, I deleted it. So I can't send them a neomail back to say that its in my trades ready to give back!! How do I figure out who gave it to me so I can contact them?
