Deserted Tomb of Geraptiku

Has anyone here actually won treasure from the Deserted Tomb? Every time I've gotten to the treasure chamber, it always always always says someone has gotten to the treasure before me.

Every once in awhile I win a codestone and some np but nothing to amazing. Really only did it for the avatar and don't go back often now.

Winning from the Deserted Tomb is pretty much random.

I have as well. The prizes aren't all that great, but if you're looking for the avvie, it's worth a shot.

 

I go for the fun of it. There's sometimes food and what not so why not? Although sometimes it does have traps that hurt your neopets :(

I've won it a number of times. Usually it's just codestones and Fading Bottled Faeries, but a prize is a prize. :D

I don't win often but I am still trying for the avvie. Both must be pretty random because I have been trying for ages!

Same here, going every day hoping for the avatar, but nope, I'm not getting it. Years and years have past but still nothing.

I might try to get all the Talisman beads one day and HOPE it does make a difference in Random Events like that too.

I have won once in a wile, most of the time I get hit with arrows. One day I will win and get the avatar

I've won several times. It's usually 1-2000 np and then a couple items worth <1000. Not too exciting.

I actually cut it out of my regular dailies because I got annoyed from losing HP right after visiting healing springs! Now I've added it back because I want the avie >< It's honestly not worth it otherwise.

I've won a few times, but always little amounts. I used to get mad about losing hit points, but I changed my order of doing things. I now make visiting the healing springs the last thing on my dailies.

I've won once and yes it wasn't an amazing prize....but still worth doing in the long run I think, if you don't mind suffering some HP loss every now and then

I don't win much oftem there but sometimes I get a vase or some item like that, rarely I get np

I just go to try and get the avvie, no luck on that yet ...

The "Treasure" is usually a codestone or a bottled faerie , a junk item like "Geraptiku Recipes" and about 1500np ... most people do it for the avatar really ... which you can get even when you find the Lizark and he gives you a booby prize like the plushie or the vase ... but it is random ...... and rare !

I used to win all of the time when I played a couple years ago...but ever since I came back last month, nothing! And I haven't gotten the avatar in all my seven years.

What it comes down to above all is randomness and luck.
