From the editorial: Are you allowed to purchase the lab map twice to send one over to your side account? Also, is trading pets allowed? ~ not_theneopetsteam Yup. As long as you just use it for zapping, you should be okay. As for trading pets, it depends on what you mean. If I send my Poogle over to my friend in exchange for her Aisha, that's perfectly fine.
