Millinova Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 Alright, so I finally made a neofriend, and twice they've tried sending me gifts. I'll get an event at the top of the page that says "[name] has sent you a gift". So, I click on it and it takes me to the event page. Then I click where it says "gift" (under the picture of a present) and it takes me to the item event log and gives me the option of accepting or denying the gift. I click accept and then I hit the submit button at the bottom. Then the page refreshes and says "there are no items to show". After that, I check my inventory and the item isn't there. :( Am I doing something wrong in the process of accepting a gift? Does your account have to be a certain age before you can send/receive gifts? I'm not really sure what's up, but I definitely don't want to keep losing gifts into thin air. Any help? leverhelven Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 Weird... If the item doesn't show up in your inventory, it's probably a glitch. siniri Posted September 19, 2013 Share Posted September 19, 2013 If it was a NC item, it would show up in a different section of your inventory (at the bottom). But whatever it is, it should be in your inventory somewhere! If you're sure you didn't get a visit from the Pants Devil (or his evil friends), submit a ticket. You'll see the event pop up, and get to the "accept" screen, but the item isn't available for you, and it's been returned to the sender.
