Suspension Question

So, I am getting a little annoyed. I was temporarily suspended from neopets for 24 hours. I waited the 24 hours and then tried to get in, but when I logged in it went to a blank page that said I was re-looped due to suspension. I am still getting this 3 days after the suspension was lifted. What is going on and why can't I get in? I can even file a ticket! Can someone please provide me with help and advise. Thanks so much in advance!

Do you have a side account that you can send a ticket from? If not I'd create one and send a ticket in that way.
