Faerie Abilities disappeared

So I was there fighting Envy no problem and then for no reason my faerie abilities disappeared! D:

Not sure if this is a glitch or something. :/

Yep, me and a few guildmates have also experienced this problem. It seems like the BD is glitched at the moment >_<

Me too, though I was fighting Wrath. My head nearly exploded when I checked Aethia and saw absolutely no blessings. All of it is GONE.

Got the same problem.

 

Wrote a ticket and by the time I ended it, all Drago_Boss' blessings and abilities were back... So I closed my ticket (less work for TNT)

My guild mates have had this same problem. I'm currently saving my blessing points for a higher ability so I haven't experienced this (what looks like) glitch.

Hopefully TNT reply to some people and they begin to fix it promptly. ^_^

I'm only missing one--Icicle. I only just got it yesterday, so I'm wondering if it's just brand new abilities that are glitched.

So maybe my issue is the same. Yesterday I got Lens Flare in the place of Shhh. Today I still got Shhh. They haven't fixed that for me yet.

Anyone send in a ticket for this? I got Throw Pillows two days ago and now it's gone too. 8 Air Faerie points went back to me, but 7 of them are missing.

My abilities completely vanished the other night during battle too. But after a little while, they came back. I checked the faerie ability shop, and mine still appear to be trained.

 

There are a few possible glitches I saw while battling. i wonder if it's in any way related to strain on the servers with all the traffic they suddenly had to deal with?

 

Hope your abilities come back for ya soon! If not, definitely send a ticket.

Am i the only one who can't access the "help" page to submit a ticket? When i go to www.neopets.com/help.phtml, it says:

Page Expired
To protect privacy and enhance security, the page you are trying to access is no longer available.

I had 5 Light blessings, and after adding three more, i'm down to 4 Light blessings...

I don't know what they are doing, but now I have both Lens Flare and Shhh. :laughingsmiley:

Finally got Throw Pillows back. Now I can proceed to get Lens Flare XD.

Also earned a bonus of 8 Air Faerie blessings lol.

Bumping to say all hope is not lost :P After 3 weeks of sending in a ticket, I finally got Warlock's Rage back (not that I'm fussed since Bottled Faeries are super cheap, but still).

 

A solution for your issue has been suggested.

Unfortunately we can't return any lost blessings, as we cannot verify those claims.
