Space Faerie

Hey everyone, today an amazing user gifted me a space faerie code. I guess I was a little bit over-confident, as I could not beat her the first time around. I really don't like the idea of my battledome stats getting worse. So I'm asking for some assistance trying to beat her.

 

Kevitt's stats are:

None of my items are blocking enough or hitting hard enough. If you think you can give me some advice on real cheap items to beat her, or could maybe even lend me the equipment to beat her, please let me know. My neomail is open, and we can always discuss.

How much did you lose by?

 

Your weapons seem pretty good. If you're patient, you could wait until we have stances again. Then you could get a 100% freezer, use it, and bomb away using the berserk attack mode.

 

Another thing I would recommend is training up your strength/defense. You're not thaaaaat far from 250, which is the next strength boost. It will up the damage you do by a bit. "A bit" meaning that you currently have 4.5 as your strength and defense boosts, and if you train up to 250 in strength, you could have 5.5. (Same with defense.) That's more than a 20% raise in how much damage or defense you do. But right now is really just not the best time thanks to the plot going on right now.

In the new Battledome, with the inability to use stances, use faerie abilities, or withdraw, I find that difficult battles tend to be the luck of the draw. When I beat the Space Faerie way back when, I used Lurkerkilla's Petpage Guide, and it wasn't bad. However, I just battled the Space Faerie earlier today (and my stats are way increased, because it's been over 3 years) and I lost. She used her Jade Scorchstone when she was almost beat, so I had to start over without my freezer or healer that I had already used. It happens. You try again.

 

I do suggest you look at Lurkerkilla's guide or the Battlepedia's Space Faerie Guide. They both have good strategies for beating her. As they say, you might want to look into getting a light reflector like Dual Battle Mirror or Expert Lens. Since the Space Faerie does so much light damage, the reflector is a good way to defend and attack at the same time.

Lamppost has a great point with reflecting light. I beat the Space Faerie before the old BD went down. I didn't know if they'd change things for the avatar battles or something. I only have the screenshot from beating her, just shows the final round. My max HP at the tme was 335. And she was still pretty tough to beat. I salute your going up against heavy odds. She's got a bit of HP and power on your pet right now, and you're still going after her. I like that in a player and their pet! I like to go up against overwhelming odds too. lol ;)

 

You might also use a Fire Reflector in your battle, because she does a decent amount of fire. Turbo Flame Reflector is the 50% reflector I would recommend. It can break for good though.

 

The Leaf Shield is not much use in this battle. So that would be the item most likely to change out for whichever piece of equipment you decide to employ against the Space Faerie. (probably the Expert Lens that Lamppost suggested)

 

The 2nd item I would consider switching out (Just for this battle) would be the Swordbreaker. (For a fire reflector, or perhaps a bomb, or freezer)
