So i am super happy right now, i just passed the real estate exam down here in the bahamas and will now be joining the wonderful, profitable and luxurious world of real estate! I got 94% on the exam so i am super ecstatic, it wasn't easy either!

:D I studied for like 3 months and it all paid off in the end! Time to start making money and buy myself a car!

Congratulations! :D That's fantastic to hear. Will you be working with a company, or on your own? :3 (or is Real Estate different in the Bahamas than it is in North America?)

I will be working with a company :) Probably Re-Max Paradise realty or Coldwell Banker Lightbourne Realty or HG Christie Realty or Damianos Realty.

(google them) and check em out! if your ever interested in buying real estate in the beautiful islands of the bahamas drop me a line !! ;) :)

Awesome! :D I hope that it ends up being everything you hoped it would be. ^_^

Heh, the Bahamas aren't really my cup of tea- I do better in places with very mild weather, rather than a lot of sun. XD

Congratulations! ^_^ Passing with flying colors, no less xP I have learned something new, too: I wasn't even aware there was a real estate exam! I'm curious, what sort of questions were on it?

Congratulations - both on the passing the exam and for the amazing result :)

Thank you everyone for such positive feedback!!! :D

& to answer your question Ali Cat, there was a lot of math questions on the exam (commissions, percentages, ratios, mortgage amortization loans and other stuff as well) Then there were about 40 questions on the Real Estate Law of the Bahamas. & the rest was pretty general real estate related questions. (there is actually a lot more to real estate then people are aware of! there are a lot of rules and regulations! so you really have to know your stuff!)
