Giveaway questions

Hi guys :)

With the Advent Calender kicking off & the festive cheer upon us, I'm thinking of have a little giveaway hohoho

 

I remember TNT don't allow us to host giveaways on neoboards since ages back.

But can we still do such things on the forums here?

After reading the rules through twice I've found no mention of giveaways being prohibited

I keep seeing giveaways and 1 np trades on the boards being shut down recently, and wishlist boards are against the rules as well. I would just silently gift people on Neo.

 

But here I'm not sure.

Since when there are problems with giveaways? It's totally fine, I think as long as you don't use freebies as asking for a favor like voting

Giveaways have been a problem for a long time now because people promise items, or say said person has won, and never end up sending the item(s) promised.

You can just gift them (TNT has stated that it has no problem with random gifting. Not recommended for high valued things), or you can talk to the person her and set up a junk for gift trade
