it's still in Beta and I believe all the bugs will be removed before the BD is officially launched

true, but 5 minute fights for a challenger that gives prizes 1 in 9 battles is extremely annoying to say the least.

Yes, it does seem to be slow. I can only hope it will speed up after all of the bugs are fixed.

It is a bit slow, but not terribly. Maybe around 30 seconds to 1 minute to load.

I have submitted a ticket about the lag together with some feedback about the new Battledome. Let's see when the new Battledome is fully released

Hopefully they will unlag the battledome, but I'm somehow not feeling very optimistic about this.

agreed. the battledome really started to lag for me only in the last week though. :/

 

the major issue i have with it, is that it's not very compatible with my ipad.

I'm getting the "something went wrong" message multiple times. Three or four times, two minutes in between. So each battle actually is more than five minutes long. Laaaaag.

 

EDIT: Actually, I'm up to message number eight on this one...so I've been waiting fifteen minutes since the last battle...

I have a feeling the more fights you have, the more lag you get. My friend and I were bding at the same time today, except he is a newbie while I got 15 prizes each day since beta. And I keep getting error messages and stuff while he didn't wait at all in between fights.

The lag was bad at first when it opened for public beta, but then it got better. In the last week, it's gotten significantly worse though for me, and I'm getting errors often too.

I am getting significantly more errors than I used to, and it is taking about 10 minutes to reach each of the 3 screens (choose a pet, type of battle, choose an opponent) before I even get into the battle :S Having one battle is turning into a half hour to forty-five minute affair! Could it be because there is a high volume of players using it?

Looks like mine isn't lagging much. Maybe I'm playing at off-peak hours? Try playing at 12-6 AM NST.

It actually worked perfectly for me today, first time in a bit! I was really pleased, I only had one battle that I got stuck in. I can't seem to help people out with the Jetsam avvie though, I've tried a few times with Darienne and it's not working for us. Anyone else run into this?

It's much better today :) I had a few hiccups, but there has been virtually no lag.
