Received when getting an item, NP, or gaining a petpet level from the Symol Hole . Your petpet may go into the Symol hole as many times as it likes during the day.

So in theory you could just spam it if you're trying for the avatar? I thought it was like every half hour/every hour you had the chance to get something.

I found on neo zafara's pet page it was once every 60 minutes.

I got the avie today on my first try! I have been trying for months, if not years so I'm reallly happy to get it!

Eurgh, Symol Hole is a dreadful dailie, in my opinion. It took me YEARS (literally) to get the avatar. And I only got prizes TWICE. I kid you not. TWICE.

The page I based my visiting on said once every hour so that's what I try to do when I remember. It gives out prizes so infrequently though, I have no idea if you have a chance at the avatar every hour or not. It's only one click though, so it's not a huge waste of my time if I am visiting too much.
