When did keyquest come out?

but the number of tokens on peoples userlookups is just random, it doesn't actually mean they have them! I think if they play a game it will change to 1?

I believe that is a glitch if you never played the game.

On the third of July 2008, the Neopets Team released the Key Quest game for beta testing by premium members. Later on the game was also opened up for testing by non-premium members.

It is a glitch for those who haven't played ever. I have a theory that TNT never fixed it because it helps i.d. if people are following the side account rules or not.
