RYB - red, yellow, blue(purple) 123 - the symbols from left to right 1 = square/shield 2 = fire/volcano 3 = swirl/flower You need 3 of each symbol, 3 of each color, and no 2 squares the same. So, you need one each of R1, R2, R3, Y1, Y2, Y3, B1, B2, B3. Clues can overlap but can't be rotated. First put in the two biggest clues. ?2 ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?2 ?3 ?? If you look now, the only place the clue with Y1 and ?1 on can go is in the bottom right corner: ?2 ?1 ?? ?? ?? ?? ?2 ?3 Y1 The next piece is a bit of a gamble, but as they always give you enough info to finish the puzzle it's best to fill in blank spaces before overlapping. Put the clue with B1 and ?2 at the top: ?2 ?1 B1 ?2 ?? ?? ?2 ?3 Y1 We now have a B1 and Y1, so ?1 must be R1: ?2 R1 B1 ?2 ?? ?? ?2 ?3 Y1 This means the clue with the 2 blues and red must go at the bottom: ?2 R1 B1 B2 B? ?? R2 ?3 Y1 The only place the yellow clue can go is on the right: ?2 R1 B1 B2 B? Y? R2 ?3 Y1 Now fill in the gaps. We have R2 and B2 so ?2 must be Y2. So Y? must be Y3. B? must be B3. ?3 must be R3.
