If you don't mind, would it be possible to spare a vote for me? youngrace Posted July 10, 2012 Author Share Posted July 10, 2012 thank you so much for the votes guys! haha, it is definitely NOT comic gold, that's for sure. i was kind of appalled when i found out which of my captions got in, since it was actually the last desperate entry i submitted (when i was super cranky and exhausted!) @ angelo: hey hun! i basically just reply to as many boards as i can; i open up about 6-8 tabs at a time and just go through each of them methodically. i try not to copy and paste too much, since voters don't seem to react as well ~ i generally try to at least make one positive comment about their lookup or pet or siggy, whatever sticks out the most. also being polite really works! there have definitely been a few people that were rude at first, but ended up voting after being chatted up nicely, haha. it's also easier to get votes earlier in the morning / later at night, since other cc'ers tend to not be on during that time. again, thank you all so much! tuesday is the last day to get in votes, so please spare a vote if you have an extra ten seconds or so? i really am grateful for your help! thank you!! ^_^ p.s. - please also remember to vote for caro (The_Roasted_Chicken)...his entry is super funny!
