Secre Posted May 24, 2012 Share Posted May 24, 2012 Once you've done as mouseykins suggests and if it still doesn't work then you're only option is to submit a ticket to the neopets team and see what they say about it...just make sure you put in the ticket exactly what you've done to check otherwise they'll just tell you to do that as well!
