Keep an eye out out for something that looks like this while playing Neopets: Something has happened! Dr. Sloth appears and hands you a [random species] Transmogrification Potion!!! This Random Event is very rare, and very many Neopet Transmogrification Potions are very valuable. If you get one, use it on a non-permie pet if you would like to get the Mutant JubJub avatar. Rune Valentine Posted April 29, 2012 Share Posted April 29, 2012 Aside from Random Events, it's also possible, but a really rare occurrence, to get it from the Fishing Vortex. Transmogrification potions are only given out as prizes, and can't be restocked (they're r101/Special), which is why they're generally pretty expensive.
