Im trying to get the "i taunt the pant devil" and I have 93 golden gerapatu talismans or whatever and I have been refreshed like 150 times and I still haven't got it... am I doing something wrong?

nope just keep refreshing and check your avatar list to make sure you haven't missed it.

no , it just takes lots of refreshing

Well F5 is defenitely the easiest, but there have been rare cases of people being mistakenly frozen for doing that so beware!

 

Also good luck getting the avvie ^_^
