Spritzie Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I've always been a huge Disney fan, though more specifically Minnie Mouse. When I was little, I had Minnie Mouse stuff all over the place. My mom used to pick me up stuff from the Disney Stores in town all the time. (You know, before they started selling only Disney channel show merch.) Belle/Beauty was always my favorite. I actually went to a costume party as her when I was little. Quote
Ruka Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I've liked the disney PRINCESSES, though. :D My sister HATES snow white. <_< I like all Disney Princesses, but for me, my favorite would be Jasmine. I do love her Arabian style; makes her different from your average princess who wear dresses (in my opinion). Quote
Sweetdang Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Agreed! I went for my 5 year old party dressed as cinderella with my tiara and cinderella cake and goodie bags. :D I like the new "princess"! The princess and the frog, only she isn't a princess. :) Quote
Spritzie Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I haven't really payed much attention to the recent Disney stuff. I think the last Disney movie I watched was Wall-E. Quote
Sweetdang Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 (Te be fair, I love Eva :) She;s pretty. :D ) Quote
Sweetdang Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Did you watch Walle? It was an awesome show. ... did i mention how much I love Spritzie? :D Quote
Ruka Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I...... didn't. I might watch it after my exams are done (and possibly everything else)! ^_^ Quote
Spritzie Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Ohhhhh! I totally didn't make the connection, even though I mentioned Wall E. :rolleyes_anim: She was adorable! Quote
Sweetdang Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 You have to watch it AIn! They're so cute they go dancing space I love all the people :3 And the indestructible cockroach. :laughingsmiley: Quote
Spritzie Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 It is the cutest movie. I hunted it down and made my parents watch it. They loved it. :laughingsmiley: I always tell my husband to check for holes in his Twinkies now. (On a kind of related note, How to Train Your Dragon is super cute too.) Quote
rachiee Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I've never seen Wall-E but I have seen parts of How To Train Your Dragon. I need to watch a whole bunch of movies...I think I'll make a list of movies I should to watch. I can already tell that it's gonna be over 2 pages long. :laughingsmiley: BTW, just a thought but does anyone have any movie recommendations? I'll watch pretty much anything except for cheesy romcoms. I can suffer through those at movie nights with my friends. :P Quote
Spritzie Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Wall E is cute, but the Dragon one was definitely one of my favorite recent animated ones. Quote
Sweetdang Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 My sister says that Johnny English was hilarious. CARS 2 WAS SO CUTE <3 Quote
Wembly Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I haven't seen many of the new movies. I've only seen Ratatouille which was super cute. Quote
Spritzie Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I don't see movies often. I get super restless after about 30-45 minutes. (The first Lord of the Rings movie took me several sittings to get through.) Inception was good. Quote
rachiee Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I'm not the kind of person who has the patience (or the attention span) to watch a whole movie in one sitting. It'll take me two days at the very least to watch a movie (on DVD) that's 1.5-2 hours long. x_x Quote
Spritzie Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 Yep. That's me. If it's not something I'm super enthralled with, I at least have to take breaks. That's why I prefer TV shows. 45 minutes is about my limit most of the time. Quote
Ruka Posted October 4, 2011 Posted October 4, 2011 I've only seen Ratatouille which was super cute. Ratatouille! I love that movie too! My favorite character would be Remy (my sister's Emile)! ^_^ Quote
The Score in Blue Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 I love all animated movies, though I haven't seen one lately. Quote
Lady Lyuba Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 heh, never liked her. I've liked the disney PRINCESSES, though. :D My sister HATES snow white. <_< I know of little girls even who dislike Snow White, the character and the movie. Blah, everyone seems to hate innocent Snowy all beause of her high voice. I don't mind it, then again, I have a high voice too. I admit I'm one of the few who actually likes Snowy. The only princess I dislike is Aurora because, well, she was useless. Tiana is my all time favourite though, followed by Pocahontas, Rapunzel, Ariel, and Belle, not to mention Mulan. Yes I love a lot of princesses. Yes, I pour over the merchandise even though it's for little girls. I'm a little bit pathetic that way. :laughingsmiley: Blah, the way this topic functions I don't see the latest posts. This goes by too fast! Anyway...animated movies...I'm an animation freak and hope to become an animator, because of this, I think 2/3s of all the movies I've seen in my life are animated. XD I kid you not!! I have not seen enough movies outside of Disney, Studio Ghibli, or other animated stuff. Can you believe I still have yet to see Inception? I know, I suck. I'm mostly into 80s movies these days. My favoruties mostly come from that decade, how I love them. Quote
Ruka Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 Can you believe I still have yet to see Inception? I know, I suck. That makes the two of us; I have not watched it either! I'm too lazy to watch movies at the moment. :P Quote
Sweetdang Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 Three of us. And I'll be going on a HP movie marathon after exams. Quote
Spritzie Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 It's worth seeing! (Inception) Definitely put it on your To Watch list. :) I only saw because my husband borrowed it from a co-worker. Quote
Sweetdang Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 We started.... then when the dream inside the dream broke up, so did the TV. :( Quote
