-Ryan
Mehhh, I can't stand Slushie Slinger. I didn't even manage 25 games of it last year. :P
rachiee
Shootout Showdown is awesome (and somewhat easier than the other two side games), but I think it's really annoying when the Chia goalie is all like "herpaderp so close lol." <_< And as far as Slushie Slinger goes, I'm not good at it at all. I mean, my high score is in the 300s. This means I really have to spend more time on Slushie Slinger. XD
Spritzie
That's my favorite. It takes time, but it's the one I enjoy the most.
-Ryan
In that case Spritzie, I shall never understand you. :P
Spritzie
:P I enjoy tedious things, I don't know why. Maybe that's why I enjoy it.
-Ryan
I prefer things I can end quickly because I like to feel like im making progress. I can't do that with slow games. -_-'
rachiee
I think I'm leaning more toward the fast-paced side. It's probably because I get really impatient sometimes (this also applies to real life and not just games). :( Some slow, tedious games I can tolerate if I'm in a good mood. With that in mind, I don't think it would be a good idea to play Kou-Jong at 2am after stubbing my toe. :P
-Ryan
I have a small amount of patience. After that ends though I get annoyed. 8D
Spritzie
I only resorted to YYB when I was running out of time. I'd rather have fun, even if it takes longer. I've never really enjoyed YYB.
Tedhaun
My favourite of the three AC minigames is Make That Noise, I'm good at tapping my keys really fast. I'm trying to beat 3est's score of 677 at Slushie Slinger, but the highest I scored is 647 in that game. I was never to crazy on Shootout Showdown, I'm rather impatient on it. :P Also, I was trying out customization on my two of my pets, my soon-to-be Darigan Hissi and my Snow Poogle, I hope I didn't do bad with the planning. :)Doc
Slushie Slinger is fun when I'm tired of all the other quick games. It lulls me. Then BOOM! I'm ready for the other fast paced games again :laughingsmiley: Like I've been telling everyone else; go read the instructions for Yooyuball. It makes it a little less confusing; although I've got no clue as to how to switch your player when you actually want to. x_x
Luciana
I can't stand Slushie Slinger. I just get... so bored. and sleepy.
Airotia
The only games I really play are Make Some Noise and Slushie Slinger, actually. XD I'm trying to get into YYB, but I suck SO BADLY at it. o_O; I'm actually better at it with the new controls. But if I could just switch peeps when I want to... >_>
:)Doc
But if I could just switch peeps when I want to... >_> That's the one new flaw of the game. I bet- er, hope TNT fixes it soon
Wembly
Ahh, I hate the new controls. It keeps picking the wrong player or changing to a seemingly random player which then goes in the most random direction. Ugh, I guess I am going to have to practice a lot more or maybe I can hope they change it enough that I can even score. Last year I was getting 15-0 this year I'm getting like 0-5 :sad02:
Spritzie
I need to get some YYB practice in tonight. I hope to keep things pretty evenly balanced on what I play, unless something bothers my wrist, then I'll avoid it.
khaos
Honestly, I don't know why people are hating on the new YYB so mouch. The one flaw is that it switches to the player that is closests to the ball, and that is a bit hard to control. I can win about 10 - 4, it doesn't seem all that bad to me. I have only played Slushie slinger besides YYB, and I CANNOT figure out how to even BEGIN to play that game.
-Ryan
Well first off the new version isn't fun for me. Plus, so many All-stars spent 5 years getting used to the old version, then they just throw out a new game without even asking us if thats what we wanted and expect us to love it overnight. Then when we complain with perfectly legit reasons they basically tell us we just need to practice more if we want to enjoy the game. -_-' Anyway... My silencing ends in 10 hours. :D
rachiee
^ Why did you get silenced? D: Anyway, I think the new YYB is okay; the controls are fairly simple for me. My only complaint is, there should be a mouse control option for those who are used to using mouse controls .-.
Spritzie
YYB is my homework for tonight. Have they put any of the changes into effect, like the WASD controls?
Wembly
Well, I finally won a few games. I found out that I can only play with the 1 -3 formations so most of the other players stay out of the way so it won't randomly switch to random players all the time. Seriously, it looks like the players are having seizures or terrets of something when the game decides to switch players if the ball goes into the middle of the field <_<
rachiee
Hm, I just lost 6-5. The last goal was scored just a few seconds before the game ended, and I thought I'd get another goal within a matter of four seconds. I didn't, though. :[ YYB has made me hate the practice team (as well as Chias in general) with a passion. They're really annoying and are always right behind you. <_<
-Ryan
Well, first I got warned for stroking peoples faces on the boards and saying words TNT dosen't like. Then they silenced me when me and meh DC friends were joking around on the boards. 0=) I'm still not playing YYB this year. Mehhh. -_-'
Noog
I'm still not playing YYB this year. Mehhh. -_-' I'm going to reach All-Star for the first time this year. *is dedicated*
-Ryan
-strokes cat- I'm sorry Noog. I'll make up for it in sidegames. :P I'll shoot for double All-star. 8D
